He spent the two years prior to joining Garden State Orthopaedic Associates providing services at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. Physiatrist In order to meet the needs of each patient, the practice also employs a wide range of orthopaedic and allied health experts. Dr. Filion not only manages our patients' care but is specially skilled in performing certain diagnostic tests for us.   John McCrohan, R.T. Chief Radiologic Technologist Mr. McCrohan manages the radiology technical staff. Under his supervision they provide patients with diagnostic X-rays required to help diagnose different orthopaedic conditions. He and has staff perform regular quality assurance and quality control tests to ensure optimal functioning of all of our radiologic equipment.
